A full day retreat to relax & unwind following the busy Christmas season. You will nurture your body and nourish your soul. Your retreat includes a gentle therapeutic yoga class, self-reflexology for stress & anxiety support, painting a sign of your choice and a tranquil sound bath.

Arrive on your mat, breathe and move in a way that feels good, releases tension and tightness in your body and leaves you feeling connected to yourself and renewed. 1 hour session, no yoga experience required.

From Stress to Serenity: A Mind-Body Workshop to De-Stress, Heal, and Align - Sabrina Hall, Holistic Health Coach, Reflexologist & Lymphatic Massage Therapist

Discover how to align with your natural rhythms for better health in this immersive workshop inspired by Sabrina’s Nurture Your Nature health coaching program. Through guided meditation, you’ll connect with your inner calm, followed by an insightful discussion on how the body and mind store stress. Learn practical tips to reduce inflammation, support your digestion, improve sleep, and balance hormones. The session concludes with a soothing self-reflexology practice, helping you release tension and restore harmony to your body, mind, and spirit.

Choose a stencil and allow Jan to guide you to create your very own custom sign to take home and hang with pride. As you relax, create and connect through the artistic process, you'll leave this class wanting to do more!

Tranquil Sound Bath – Om Oasis, Jolie Nasralla, Certified Sound Therapist, RYT 200, Reiki & Healing Touch Practitioner

Immerse yourself in tranquility as we cultivate a sense of peace through simplicity and stillness. Our session will commence with a heart-centered meditation, harmonizing our breath with gentle somatic micro-movements designed to dissolve tension. Allow yourself to relax while enveloped in the radiant frequencies of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, and various other instruments. This experience acts as a sonic massage, nourishing your entire being from within. Embark on a journey inward to discover an oasis of peace and harmony, embodying pure bliss.

For your comfort, we recommend bringing the following items: a yoga mat, sheepskin mat or sleeping bag/blanket, pillow, eye mask, and any additional yoga props. Please wear comfortable layers to enhance your experience.

Coffee & Tea available throughout the day. Lunch available for purchase onsite if you wish to eat in the Timber Room Bar & Grill. You may also choose to go offsite for lunch, 1.5 hours will be given for lunch break.
