This class includes an educational component so you will get to know your body better and learn how you can help yourself continue to feel good in it. Motion is lotion for your spine, keep it feeling great with this gentle movement class. No previous yoga experience is required.
Classes will be delivered via Zoom and you will also receive recordings to use for the duration of the session as a bonus.

This series of somatic movements are done lying on your back. This movement practice opens the layers of the body, assists in healing injuries and strengthens the core and deep muscles of the body. Expect to leave feeling blissful. No experience necessary.
Props required - bring a yoga mat and thin blanket or beach towel.

In this 2-hour workshop we will explore self-massage techniques using Yoga Tune Up Balls. If you have never tried this, prepare to be amazed at this Self-Care Healthy-Care! Have you ever needed a massage but could not get an appointment with your therapist? Now you can treat yourself and reduce your discomfort until you can get in for a full treatment. We will massage our neck, shoulders, back, hips, quads, hamstrings, calf's & feet.
This will be deeply nourishing for your mind and body. We will explore some breath work to relax before we begin and end with a Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) relaxation. You will leave with the knowledge to give yourself a massage whenever or wherever you need it.
