
This gentle evening class features slow, mindful movement, calming breathwork, and restorative poses designed to help you unwind, release tension and quiet the mind. Practiced online, you can simply log off and head straight to bed — no driving, no rushing, just relaxation.
Perfect for all levels, especially if you struggle with sleep, stress, anxiety or pain.
