MEET TINA PRINGLE

For Tina Pringle, Evolve is more than a business, it is the culmination of a lifelong journey of learning, growth, and connection.

Before founding Evolve, Tina spent more than 30 years as a Chartered Professional Accountant, building a successful career while raising a family and navigating the demands of everyday life. Yet beneath the spreadsheets and boardrooms was a growing desire to help people in a more personal and meaningful way.

That journey began with fitness instruction and eventually led her to yoga. What started as curiosity quickly became a passion. Through yoga teacher training, therapeutic movement studies and years of continued education, Tina discovered what she describes as her true purpose: helping others reconnect with themselves and live with greater ease, awareness, and wellbeing.

Today, Tina is a certified Yoga Therapist, Pilates instructor and lifelong student of movement, breathwork, mindfulness and wellness. Her commitment to learning is reflected in the many advanced certifications and specialized training she continues to pursue. Every new insight, technique and discovery becomes another tool she can share with the people she serves.

At the heart of Tina's work is a simple belief: we already possess much of what we need to heal, grow and thrive. Sometimes we simply need guidance, support and the space to listen more closely to ourselves.

Whether she is leading a therapeutic yoga class, guiding a private session or introducing someone to the power of mindful movement for the first time, Tina's goal remains the same: to help people reduce pain, improve mobility, calm the mind and cultivate a deeper connection with themselves.
