
This level 1/2 class is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates then create some intensity. You'll learn the core principles of breath, alignment, and controlled movement while building strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or looking to revisit the basics and build from there, this class provides a supportive environment to help you move with confidence.
What to Expect:
Gentle, low-impact exercises
Focus on posture, breathing, and core engagement
Modifications provided for all fitness levels
class is recorded and provided to registered participants for extra practice
