This class combines the core-strengthening and alignment principles of Pilates with the stretching, breathing, and relaxation techniques of yoga. Through controlled movements and flowing sequences, you’ll improve posture, stability, and body awareness while also reducing stress.

Suitable for all fitness levels, Yogalates offers modifications and progressions so everyone can move at their own pace while developing strength, balance, and flexibility.
