Somatic Strength and Self-Care
This is an event series

This empowering small group class weaves together mindful strength-building and nervous system–informed somatic practices to help you feel strong, steady, and deeply connected to your body. This practice emphasizes internal awareness, choice, and sustainable strength.

Through slow, controlled strength sequences, breath-led transitions, and guided body sensing, you’ll build muscular stability while learning to track sensation and regulate your nervous system. The class balances activation with intentional rest, helping you cultivate resilience.

Expect:

  • Functional strength-building movements

  • Core stability and joint support work

  • Somatic awareness and nervous system regulation

  • Grounding breathwork

Suitable for all levels, this class offers options to scale intensity up or down. You’ll leave feeling both empowered and nourished—strong in your body and supported in your nervous system.
