
Take an hour for yourself at the end of your work day to release stress accumulated in your body and move in a way that feels good! In this class we will work on gentle strengthening and releasing of the body from head to toe. All bodies welcome, no experience necessary. All you need is yourself and a yoga mat.

If you have to miss a class you may make up with an online class Thursday evenings at 7:15 or request a class recording :)
