Chair Yoga for Strength & Mobility - Mondays @ 10:20

This therapeutic chair yoga class is designed for those who are interested in increasing overall flexibility, improving body awareness and control, maintaining or gaining strength and improving balance. We will explore seated and standing postures, moving in a way that feels good in our bodies. We will also explore breath work and mindfulness meditation and relaxation techniques. No experience necessary! Everybody is welcome. Move, breathe, feel better in your body!
