
As the longest night of the year invites us into deep rest, this special restorative yoga class offers a sacred pause — a time to slow down, soften, and honor the turning of the season.
Through gentle supported postures, soothing breathwork, and guided meditation, we’ll create space to release the heaviness of the year and welcome the quiet renewal of winter. Blankets, bolsters, and props cradle the body in comfort, allowing the nervous system to settle and the heart to open.
This practice will close with reflection and intention-setting for the season ahead, helping you emerge grounded, nourished, and ready to embrace the returning light.
