
Do you want to love your lower back? This class is designed to support you in building a resilient and pain-free lower back through an integrated approach combining anatomy, therapeutic movement, and self-awareness. You will learn movements to strengthen your core, release your hamstrings and move from your pelvis to align your body and avoid lower back strain.
Bonus - You will be provided with a home practice plan at the end of the course to keep you practicing and loving your lower back.
