Welcome to Evolve! Joy is in the air around here…our first ever group class was held on the beach yesterday and so many amazing people of varying abilities and yoga experience showed up to participate and support each other! Everything kind of fell into place… Luckily the weather had cooled off a bit from the massive heatwave we had been through and the temperature was perfect. A wandering photographer (Glen Halverson) was on the beach too and offered to take some photos (an unplanned, unexpected & wonderful surprise!)

It was great fun, a good workout and by the time we got to Savasana Tina had us relaxed and blissed out amongst the sounds of waves at the shoreline just a few feet away. Afterwards many of us stopped by Milano’s in Comox for a coffee and visit where old friends caught up and new friends were made : )

Keep an eye out for our “Grand Opening” in September but we just couldn’t wait to start breathing life into this healing tribe, so this summer we are offering a limited number of classes and private instruction. We are layering in new classes regularly so keep checking our website and Facebook posts. You may find just the right class for you!
