An autumn ritual of somatic movement, humming & sound. Slow down. Breathe. Hum. Move. Soften. Reconnect with your body through gentle movement, breath & humming—then surrender to the resonant waves of the gong. Release tension. Quiet the mind. A journey from movement to stillness. Sound to silence. Doing to simply being.
Discover simple reflexology techniques you can use at home to support digestive wellness, calm the nervous system and reconnect with your body. Through gentle, guided self-reflexology, you’ll learn practical tools to encourage relaxation, balance and overall wellbeing, perfect for carrying into the slower season of Autumn. You’ll leave the retreat with step-by-step instructions to carry this practice home for an added self-care practice to nurture your overall wellness.

Slow down, reconnect, and create from the heart. In this experience, you’ll create a Grateful Heart Mosaic—a paper mosaic inspired by the people, experiences, and places you are truly grateful for. You will be invited to pause and reflect on what brings meaning, joy, connection, and appreciation into your life. Each piece of the mosaic becomes a small reminder of something that matters to you, coming together to create a larger picture of gratitude. The creative process offers an opportunity to shift attention away from anxiety, stress, and the busyness of the mind, encouraging a slower, more relaxed and present state. No artistic experience is necessary.

Step into a deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra, the yogic practice of deep relaxation and renewal. The workshop will begin with an introduction to the practice of Yoga Nidra, exploring what it is, how it works, and the benefits of deep rest. Next, through guided reflection and contemplation, you will uncover a personal Sankalpa or heartfelt intention that feels authentic, meaningful and connected to what you truly wish to cultivate in your life. We’ll then settle into a full, guided Yoga Nidra practice allowing the body and mind to deeply relax while remaining gently aware and receptive. The workshop concludes with time to slowly return to ordinary awareness, integrate the experience, and carry your Sankalpa forward as a quiet inner compass. You will leave with access to a recording of your Yoga Nidra practice for continued practice.
To enhance your comfort during the sessions, we recommend bringing the following items:
- a mat and additional cushioning, blankets and pillow or bolster
- Comfortable clothing layers and warm socks
- Eye mask or pillow
